What 1,401 players means for your matches
A player count is a health signal, not a matchmaking report:
- It is not a lobby count. The figure covers everyone in game across six modes, four maps and every region, and Trapstar Games has published no server or region data — so nothing here says who is queueing near you.

The ceiling: every one of those players is on PC
Hood Warfare 2 is a Windows-only Steam release, and no second platform is quietly adding to the count. GameRant put it plainly on October 12: "There are currently no indications that Hood Warfare 2 will ever make its way to consoles."
